Anca Ungureanu has over 20 years of experience in marketing and communication and has been Director of Identity & Communication at UniCredit Bank since 2009, where she coordinates the bank’s external and internal communication, retail and corporate marketing, brand management, as well as community engagement and CSR projects. Anca is an EMBA graduate of the Berlin School of Creative Leadership at Steinbeis University in Berlin, Aspen Young Leader 2013 and is a Certified Sustainability Practitioner – Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment (IEMA). Since August 2016 she has been a Board Member of “Invingem Autismul” Association and actively involved in its fundraising activities, since January 2017 she is co-founder of the Beans&Dots Speciality Coffee Shop & Kitchen and since 2022, she is a Board Member of the Museum of Recent Art and from this position she is actively involved now in 2023 in organizing the first Picasso Exhibition in Eastern Europe, in Bucharest. Anca has been during her professional activity a jury member in many advertising, digital communication, PR, and design competitions.

Marinela Mihalcea has over 20 years of experience in leasing, consumer financing and banking industries, coordinating over time national or regional teams in sales, product development and business development. Being an EMBA graduate of Vienna University of Economic and Business she is passionate about environmental sustainability and holds the EFFAS Certified ESG Analyst diploma. Marinela is guided by the principle of “Treat others as you would want to be treated” and she is s a consistent supporter of causes related to animals protection.
Livia Ionascu has extensive professional experience in the field of Intellectual Property, specialized in intellectual property in the fashion industry. She started her professional career in the European Parliament, and she worked as a legal adviser at the European Commission. In 2013 she joined the European Union Intellectual Property Office and currently she is part of the IP in Education team as an IP specialist in the European Observatory on Infringements of Intellectual Property Rights.
Livia Ionaşcu holds a Law Degree from the Babes-Bolyai University of Romania with an MA in European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe and a Master in European Union from the Real Instituto de Estudios Europeos de Zaragoza.
With an artistic personality she combines her passion for fashion and design with her IP profile and she supports young entrepreneurs especially involved in creative industries by providing IP education in different events and trainings at EU level.
Sales Trainer – UniCredit Bank
With 20 years’ experience in the banking industry, Carmen considers herself lucky. Her passion for business and figures, as well as for the human side, has resulted in a complex job as a Sales Trainer at UniCredit Bank since 2010.
Because life is a continuous process of development, in 2016 she graduated from the entrepreneurship workshop EMPRETEC Romania, a program developed by Harvard University.
Since May 2017 she joined as a partner trainer in the design business accelerator program – ZAIN Accelerator, the program being a springboard for those who wanted to develop a design product.
This was followed by the Academy of Creative Minds competition, a financial and entrepreneurial education program of UniCredit Bank, where she judged the business digitization grant competition.
In 2022, she held the first financial and entrepreneurial education workshop Becoming an Entrepreneur at Romanian Creative Week in Iasi, helping future entrepreneurs turn their business ideas into a successful business. This year, he joined the mentoring team again.
For Carmen, the training part is the mission, and the business part is the passion.
Lacramioara has a strong background as a research specialist and her passion is to talk to customers about their needs as human beings with their life challenges.
Her main driver as Co-founder of DesignThinkers Academy Eastern Europe and Senior Facilitator is to translate the insights from the customers and create better solutions (products, services) to improve their lives.
Tudor Colțan is an entrepreneur and managing partner of Benga, Colțan & Associates, a law firm specializing in Business Law, which promotes digitization and the combination of Law and Technology.
He believes that business law should support entrepreneurship, hence the firm’s motto: “Your Business Partner, in Law”.
Tudor was part of the grand prize winning team at the Legal Tech competition “Global Legal Hackathon”, held in New York in 2019.
A collector of contemporary art and lover of local design, Tudor supports the creative industries both as a client and as a legal professional.
